For being 2 minutes late as it was raining and i was looking for a place to park my car, i was told that my procedure is already cancelled and was badly treated by the lady, i tried to complain but without any result, therefore i cancelled all my procedures as i can tolerate every thing except being not respected.
A old-ish spa which has been lovingly renovated, massages, diverse methods of treatment and pools together with a lovely park right at the danube river.

Since this was my first treatment, I have no means of comparison.
I stayed in the Park Hotel. What bothered me were the carpets. That's pretty unhygienic, especially since they're already getting old (as is the furniture).
With very few exceptions, the staff was consistently nice and helpful.
The therapies were good and you can implement a lot in everyday life.
After the initial shock of the completely outdated inventory, I can say retroactively that after a few days I hardly noticed it anymore. The employees are all very hard working. The café and the dance evenings were brilliant. The environment was more than 5 stars and there are well-described routes for runners or hikers. A trip to Bratislava is worth it, as is the many palaces and castles. As a vegetarian, the food was excellent for me and there were often funny combinations that were surprisingly good. The house definitely needs to be renovated and is getting old. The bathrooms should already have showers and the carpets on the floor and edge of the bed should be removed for hygiene reasons. Would I drive again? Yes I would 😀👍
I had the pleasure of spending 3 weeks here and this is my praise:
From arrival and further support from reception, therapy (the real reason you are there), to the coffee house, restaurant and kitchen, everything was highly professional, extremely friendly and accommodating. You get the impression that everyone is interested in making you feel good. The cuisine was varied and in my opinion there is nothing to complain about here either!
Although the house is a little old, it has enough charm to overlook it.
I wouldn't be surprised if we meet again 🤓😀
No WiFi for two weeks. The whole equipment is a bit out of date. Changing rooms is also not possible. A bit frustrating now, I have to say :-(
Ps: However, the situation is compensated for by absolutely attentive, friendly and competent employees.
